As a Continuing Care Assistant (CCA), Leanne assists in the personal daily duties and needs of residents. These needs include both physical and emotional needs, from dressing residents to helping residents remember important dates in their lives.
Leanne obtained her Special Care Aide Certificate in order to become a CCA, and very much enjoys making residents feel valued and appreciated for what they have done in their lives.
She is particularly fond of a memories where she and the residents she cares for have a big laugh together.
