The 3sHealth Employee Benefits team is proud to release a new section on 3sHealth.ca to help plan members find the information they need more easily.
All the most important information for plan members is now organized by “Life Event.” This organizational method helps plan members find the benefits answers they need at a click of a button on this page.
Plan members can use the “Life Event” sections to find information categorized by the most common life events a plan member will experience:
- New Employee
- Family Changes
- Leave of Absence
- Retirement
- Death
Each life event page contains “Frequently Asked Questions” to help guide your employees through important life changes and what they need to know about their benefits.
These improvements for plan members originated from consultations with stakeholders during 3sHealth Employee Benefits multi-year strategic project the “Delivering on the Employee Benefit Plans Promise.” 3sHealth gathered plan member, employer, Patient Family Partner, and union feedback to inform the project’s work and the creation of the content. Before posting, a small sample of plan members reviewed and provided feedback on the content to improve it. We welcome feedback - please email us at [email protected] with your thoughts and improvements with the subject line “Life Event feedback.”
3sHealth will post a news story promoting the new “Life Event” section on February 21, 2024, at this link. Please share the story widely with your employees! If you have any questions about this bulletin, please call a 3sHealth Benefit Services Officer at 1.866.278.2301 or email [email protected].
