Dear members,
The Valley Action Bargaining Committee met with the Employer on July 23rd and 24th. The meetings were held virtually.
July 23rd was spent exchanging proposal packages with explanations of each other’s proposals. The Union spent time in caucus after the exchange reviewing the Employers’ proposals.
July 24th the Union and the Employer met. The parties made agreement on one mutual proposal.
Effort was made to find dates to bargain in August but unfortunately there were no mutual dates available. Next dates to bargain were set for September 29th, October 1st, and October 9th.
