At Elmwood Manor, each Care Worker has four residents that they assist in their daily needs. Cheryl Lynn ensures that the residents she cares for receive the support they require – she helps to improve residents’ lives by ensuring their clothing, shopping, appointments and recreational outings are all met with success.
Cheryl Lynn recognizes that each person must have their mental and physical needs met in order to live a good life, and that is what she strives to do each day. She particularly enjoys the time spent with residents.
