SEIU-West celebrates all our Cardiology Technologists today, and every day. Thank you for doing your part to keep our hearts in good shape.
Cardiology Technologists are integral members of your health care team, but what do they do?
Cardio Techs:
- monitor and assess heart performance during stress and ambulatory testing,
- perform diagnostic testing such as electrocardiograms, and pacemaker analysis/reprogramming,
- explaining all manner of heart testing and procedures to patients,
- ensuring the proper stocking and supply of crash carts,
- and so much more!
