Show you support a fair collective agreement for health care providers!

Between 11:30 am and 1:00 pm on October 9, 2020, SEIU-West members will be demonstrating that they are #DoneWaiting for a fair collective agreement!

Note: you're not required to sign up for the full time period. We will gladly accept your participation for any portion of time you are able to show up.

After over 1,000 days of negotiating, the government of Saskatchewan continues to push vital SEIU-West health care workers to accept a wage mandate with ZEROES, while refusing to ensure safe staffing levels in health care.

Without a contract, recruitment is nearly impossible and understaffing just keeps getting worse.

Can’t wait for October 9th and want to do something now?

Send a message to Health Minister Jim Reiter through our BeFairToThoseWhoCare.ca campaign page.

The government either doesn’t understand or doesn’t care that SEIU-West health care workers deserve a wage increase and that conditions in Saskatchewan long-term care homes, hospitals, and home care must be improved.

Fill out the information below to RSVP your time slot. The site captain (Lou-Ellen Murray) assigned to this location will be in contact with you prior to the event.

NOTE: As per the public health order, a maximum of 30 people can attend each permitted area at a time. Masks are mandatory and physical distancing will be required. Disposable masks and hand sanitizer will be available at each demonstration location.
