8th day of Christmas – Supplies Short
Our members say it’s so hard to do the job without proper supplies and equipment. The LEAN program was about savings; having only what you need at that moment. We know that humans aren’t predictable like cars and adequate supplies shouldn’t be a barrier to providing quality care. We further have broken equipment, making our jobs less effective. Remember you have the right to refuse unsafe situations and not having supplies can put you at risk. Read your rights here.
