On July 7 at 3.00 pm, join SEIU-West President Barbara Cape and Tristan Banyay, a Mental Health Care worker at the Irene and Leslie Dube Centre for Mental Health, as they discuss and answer questions about stress, anxiety and other mental health issues brought on by working during the pandemic and the tools we can use to address these issues.
