Saskatoon – As part of their Put Care First - End Understaffing campaign, SEIU-West members will be present at Kinsmen Park in Saskatoon this Sunday to share information and talk with the public about the chronic understaffing issues they face daily in our health care sector.
“This campaign reflects how passionate our members are about this issue,” said Neil Colmin, Vice-President of SEIU-West. “Our members want to ensure that Saskatchewan people have access to the care they need and deserve, and want the public to know the constant struggles they face on a day to day basis as they provide that care. We’re asking for the public’s help to find solutions to fix this situation, to remind the government that it needs to prioritize safe care environments.”
