Join the SEIU-West First Nations Métis Inuit Committee (FNMIC) in a walk on May 5 to bring awareness for Missing &Murdered Indigenous Women, Girls and Two Spirit (IWG2S) people.
IWG2S persons are at a greater risk of abuse and violence due to factors beyond their control: gender, cultural heritage, gender identity, and colonialism.
Taking part in this walk is a way to say we need to do better and end this pattern of violence once and for all. All are welcome to participate.
WHEN and WHERE: May 5 at 2:00pm at the Vimy Memorial Bandstand in Saskatoon.
