The Resolutions and Amendments (R&A) Committee is responsible for drafting the Rules of Convention, and any proposed amendments to the SEIU-West Constitution—both of which will be debated and voted on at Convention. Each delegate will be sent a copy of the Rules and all proposed Constitutional amendments no later than April 27, 2025.
