The Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) and SEIU-West have resolved the outstanding grievances filed in response to the Proof of Vaccination/Monitored Testing Program.
As a result, all members (not only those named in grievances) are to be reimbursed for all fees paid.
Further, all members who were disciplined as a result of the program(s) will see that discipline removed from their personnel file.
Please contact the Member Resource Centre if you have not been refunded all fees paid as a result of the Proof of Vaccination/Monitored Testing Program.
