The members of the SEIU-West Workers Safety Committee (WSC) invite you all to walk with us on April 30 in the Saskatoon Steps for Life 5 km fundraising walk to shed light on workplace tragedy.
Fundraising for this walk will help support Threads of Life, a national charitable organization dedicated to helping families heal after they have been affected by a traumatic workplace fatality, injury, or occupational disease.
Every day, three families receive the news that a family member will not be returning home for work that day. We must act to ensure this never happens to a family again as we stand for workplace safety. But we must also ensure those affected by workplace injuries have the support they need.
