Greetings Sisters and Brothers,
The Union and the Employer agreed to resume collective bargaining with West Park Crossing on February 17th and 24th 2023, and got off to a productive restart. Additional dates were set to meet on April 13th, 20th and 26th. The April 13th bargaining date ended with most of the “language” proposals being dealt with, and agreed to, or withdrawn.
We meet again on April 20th, and expect to begin monetary discussions on that date. SEIU-West has planned a meeting to provide a bargaining update on Wednesday April 19th @6:30 pm, at the West Park Crossing location, in the Bistro. Membership is encouraged to join the Bargaining Committee Members and SEIU-West Bargaining Staff, and would like to get membership input regarding priorities, as we move into monetary discussions with the employer next week.
