The JJE plan determines the minimum qualifications and evaluates the skill, effort, responsibility and working conditions for each of the more than 300 health provider jobs covered by SEIU-West's, CUPE's, and SGEU's collective agreements with SAHO.   

Each year, the JJE Maintenance Committee (JJEMC) endeavours to conduct a Provincial Review of 20-25% of all jobs. A Provincial Review is an opportunity for employees and the Out-of-Scope Supervisor to put forward information on whether and how the Job Description has changed since it was implemented or last reviewed. 

If your job is under review by the JJEMC, and you believe that the duties of your job have changed, this is your opportunity to put this information forward to be considered in the updates for the Provincial Job Description.
