Your employer is required by the collective agreement to deduct union dues each pay period.
SEIU-West was notified today by 3sHealth, which processes payroll for your employer, that due to an error in 3sHealth’s payroll software, 3sHealth failed to deduct union dues from your January 19, 2024 pay deposit.
You may already have been informed of this situation if you logged on to your My Connection and/or Gateway accounts today.
We are working with 3sHealth and the SHA on a remedy to this error, which will include 3sHealth deducting the required dues over the next two pay periods.
We apologize sincerely for the inconvenience and uncertainty this software error has caused. We will provide updated information when it becomes available and will continue to vigorously defend our members’ rights under their collective agreements.
