The SEIU-West Education Committee is pleased to sponsor up to 2 members to attend the Combined Laboratory and X-Ray Technologist (CLXT) 2025 Annual Conference on October 18, 2025 at the Moose Jaw Temple Gardens Hotel and Spa.
Your completed Expression of Interest Form must be received on or before September 1st, 2025 in order to allow us to complete selection process for funding. Members need to register on their own through the member login portal and provide receipts to be reimbursed.

*Once you've been notified that the Education Committee is sponsoring you, you'll still need to register for the conference. We will book you a hotel room if required and we will send you our Member Expense Form to reimburse your costs of registration, mileage, meals, wages/per diem as per our policies.
