The SEIU-West's Workers of Colour Multicultural Mentorship Committee (WoCMMC) will be sponsoring one (1) SEIU-West member to attend the THREADS Cultural Conversations 2025 Conference on October 7 and 8, 2025, hosted by the Saskatoon Open Door Society. This is a virtual conference. Day one is from 9:30-4:30 and day two is from 9:30-12:00. The WoCMMC will reimburse lost wages for those who are selected to attend according to our policies.

Your Expression of Interest form must be completed on or before September 5th, 2025, in order to allow us to complete the selection process.
*Once you've been notified that the WoCMMC is sponsoring you, we will register you and send you a member expense form to cover your wages/per diem for the day.
**Note: If you are scheduled to work, you can apply for union leave to attend.
