It's been five long years since the dedicated workers at CBS have had a contract. And a decision from the Saskatchewan Labour Relations Board (released on April 6) unanimously determined that CBS has been bargaining in bad faith and is guilty of unfair labour practices including delaying bargaining for more than 14 months and refusing to discuss wage rates.
