This confidential survey is designed to help SEIU-West leadership to:
- identify and confirm members' needs;
- measure and improve the engagement, success, and value perceived by members;
- inform Board decisions so that the direction of SEIU-West is steered by members (rural, Indigenous, newcomer, young); and
- increase transparency, inclusivity, visibility, and accountability to members.
Members who complete the survey are eligible to enter a prize draw. Winners will receive gift cards worth up to $50. And we encourage you to share the survey with your coworkers, because you could also win a prize if your unit has one of the highest response rates.
