SAHO continues to offer wage increases of 0% for 2017 and 0% for 2018 even though SEIU-West members voted to reject this offer last spring. Members have reported that it’s harder to make ends meet with the cost of living increasing every year and wages not keeping up. Members wrote the Finance Minister, expressing their frustrations only to be told that MLAs don’t get paid enough either by the Finance Minister.
