The SEIU-West 2025 Convention was held at the Delta Downtown Saskatoon on May 27, 28, and 29. Delegates who represented units from across Saskatchewan came together to make decisions on the future of our Union and were united under the theme of Build Worker Power!

June is Pride Month, an opportunity to recognize and celebrate the contributions of the LGBTQIA+ community, while acknowledging the historical and ongoing violence and discrimination faced by this community.

As per the Market Supplement process, the Medical Laboratory Technologist (Job #070) was reviewed by the Market Supplement Committee and it was recommended by the committee that a market supplement be implemented. This recommendation was reviewed by SAHO, the Employer and Union and the parties agreed to a Market Supplement being implemented.
